1. Project Engagement

  • Upfront Payment: 40% of the total project cost is required to commence work.
  • Milestone Payments: 30% at agreed-upon project milestones, as specified in the proposal.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 30% is due upon project completion and final approval.
  • Additional Services: Any services outside the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

3. Project Timeline

Typical project phases and estimated durations:

  1. Discovery & Planning: 1-2 weeks (initial research, strategy, and detailed planning).
  2. Design & Development: 4-8 weeks (creative design, technical implementation, and iterative development).
  3. Testing & Refinement: 1-2 weeks (quality assurance, bug fixing, and client feedback integration).
  4. Launch & Handover: 1 week (deployment, final documentation, and client training).

4. Change Management

We understand that project requirements can evolve. Our change management process ensures transparency and control:

  • Change Requests: All changes to the agreed scope must be submitted in writing.
  • Impact Assessment: We will provide an assessment of the impact on timeline and cost within 48 hours.
  • Approval: Approved changes will be documented and added to the project agreement.
  • Minor Revisions: Small adjustments within the original scope are typically accommodated without additional charges.

5. Project Support

Our commitment extends beyond project launch with comprehensive support options:

  • Post-Launch Support: 30 days of complimentary support to address any immediate issues.
  • Training & Documentation: Provided to ensure your team can effectively manage and utilize the deliverables.
  • Maintenance Packages: Available for ongoing support, updates, and enhancements.
  • Emergency Support: 24/7 availability for critical issues (terms apply).
