- Final Payment: The remaining 30% is due upon project completion and final approval.
- Additional Services: Any services outside the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.
3. Project Timeline

- Discovery & Planning: 1-2 weeks (initial research, strategy, and detailed planning).
- Design & Development: 4-8 weeks (creative design, technical implementation, and iterative development).
- Testing & Refinement: 1-2 weeks (quality assurance, bug fixing, and client feedback integration).
- Launch & Handover: 1 week (deployment, final documentation, and client training).
4. Change Management
We understand that project requirements can evolve. Our change management process ensures transparency and control:
- Change Requests: All changes to the agreed scope must be submitted in writing.
- Impact Assessment: We will provide an assessment of the impact on timeline and cost within 48 hours.
- Approval: Approved changes will be documented and added to the project agreement.
- Minor Revisions: Small adjustments within the original scope are typically accommodated without additional charges.
5. Project Support
Our commitment extends beyond project launch with comprehensive support options:
- Post-Launch Support: 30 days of complimentary support to address any immediate issues.
- Training & Documentation: Provided to ensure your team can effectively manage and utilize the deliverables.
- Maintenance Packages: Available for ongoing support, updates, and enhancements.
