Performance Marketing

Spend that gets more efficient the longer it runs.

Meta and Google campaigns with the tracking underneath them. We build the funnel, run the media, and own the measurement — so you know which rupee did the work.

Ads do not scale broken systems.

Most agencies are handed a website they cannot change, tracking they did not install, and a lead flow they never see the end of. They optimise the only thing they control — the campaign — and report on it confidently.

We would rather fix the thing that is actually losing the money. Sometimes that is the creative. Often it is the page the ad lands on, or the fact that nobody followed up on day four.

What we run

Meta and Google campaigns
Built, managed and optimised against your margins, not against platform-reported ROAS.
Landing pages and funnels
Ads point at pages built to convert, not at a homepage. We build the pages too, so we can change them when the data says to.
Conversion tracking and attribution
Server-side events, Conversions API, and an attribution setup that ties a sale back to the click that caused it. This goes in before the spend starts.
Creative testing
Static and video, tested systematically rather than swapped when someone gets bored. Our own design and motion team produces it.
Budget scaling
Spend moves toward what converts. Scaling happens gradually, with cost per result held stable, rather than in one jump that breaks the account.

Rangly

A seasonal stencil brand on a third-party site builder with a broken Meta Pixel. We migrated the store to Shopify, rebuilt the tracking, then scaled.

Iterative International Publishers

A publisher with expensive, low-quality leads and a brand buyers did not trust. We repositioned the messaging, moved spend after channel testing, and rebuilt the funnel underneath it.

What efficiency looks like over time

Cost per acquisition vs spend

Illustrative. The pattern we build toward — spend rising while cost per result falls, because the system underneath keeps improving.

How we work on paid media

Measurement goes in first. Before a campaign runs we check what is actually being tracked, fix what is not, and make sure the numbers in the platform match the numbers in your business. The first month's report should be a real report.

Then it runs monthly against one set of numbers, reviewed together. If a channel is not working, you hear it from us in the review rather than finding it in your bank statement.

Before you ask

Can you just run the ads?
We can, if we can see what happens after the click. If tracking is missing we will install it as part of the engagement. What we will not do is run spend we cannot measure and then report on it as though we could.
Do we need a new website first?
Usually not. Often one or two landing pages is enough to start, and we build those.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. We work in your accounts and you keep everything if we stop working together.
What about SEO?
We do not sell SEO as a way in. Search is a long game and it makes a poor first engagement — you would be paying for months before either of us knew if it was working. Once we are running your paid media and we can see what converts, search optimisation is part of what we do. It works better in that order anyway.

Where is your spend actually going?

One conversation. We will look at what you are running, tell you what the numbers are really saying, and be straight about whether we are the right people.
