Software & Systems

Software built around how you already work.

CRMs, ERPs, portals, storefronts and internal tools — designed for your process instead of bending your process to fit someone else's product.

You have probably outgrown the tool, not the process.

The signs are consistent. You pay for thirty modules and use three. Your team keeps a spreadsheet alongside the software because the software cannot do one important thing. The vendor will never ship that feature. Five tools hold pieces of the same customer and none of them talk.

Every workaround is a small tax, paid daily, by people who could be doing something else. Over three years it usually costs more than building the thing properly would have.

What we build

CRM and lead systems
Pipelines, routing, follow-up rules and dashboards shaped around how you actually sell. Multi-source lead capture, automatic assignment, and reporting on the metrics that predict your conversions rather than generic ones.
ERP and operations
Inventory, procurement, approvals, fulfilment and vendor workflows in one place, with alerts when something needs a human.
Websites and storefronts
Corporate sites, e-commerce, and custom carts — built to convert and to integrate with everything behind them.
Portals and internal tools
Customer, vendor and staff logins with role-based access, document handling, approvals and audit logs.
Business automation
Approvals, invoicing, document generation and the handoffs between systems, running without anyone remembering to run them.
Mobile applications
Android and iOS, or a PWA, synced to the same backend as everything else.

What it looks like

A lead system for a book publisher

A publisher generating 5,000 leads a month had outgrown Excel, then outgrown Zoho. A generic CRM could not model their lead flow, their services, or the follow-up cycles publishing demands — where a serious buyer might genuinely need two months to finish a manuscript. So we built the system from scratch.

~55-60% → ~80-85%
contact rate
~20 leads a day
recovered that were previously unreachable
2.5×
increase in registrations
120-150
leads a day captured, nurtured and tracked

Why custom, honestly

Generic SaaS

  • Your team bends to the tool's workflow
  • Per-seat pricing scales against you
  • Limited control over your own data
  • Integrations are shallow, or paid extra
  • The feature you need may never ship

Built for you

  • The system matches how you already sell and operate
  • No per-seat tax as the team grows
  • You own the database and choose the hosting
  • Deep integration with WhatsApp, payments and your stack
  • The roadmap is yours

SaaS is faster to start and genuinely right for a lot of businesses. Custom makes sense when the workarounds are hurting adoption, or when three years of subscription costs more than building it. We will tell you which one you are on a discovery call, including when the answer is that you should just buy something.

How a build runs

Discovery
How work actually moves through your business today — the calls, the sheets, the handoffs, and where things get stuck.
Scope and proposal
Modules, timeline and cost, with what is in and out of scope written in plain language.
Design and build
Prototypes approved before code, then focused sprints with working demos rather than status updates.
Test and launch
Your team tests it with real situations. Training, then a controlled go-live.
Run and improve
Hosting, monitoring, fixes and new features as the business changes. This is the part most vendors are not around for.

We are still running the things we built

Twenty-plus live custom systems, from small teams to several hundred users. Some have been running for years and are still getting new features.

That is the part worth checking when you hire anyone to build software. Plenty of firms can ship a v1. Far fewer are still answering the phone about it two years later.

Before you ask

What does it cost?
It depends on scope, and anyone who quotes before understanding your process is guessing. We give you a real number after a discovery call, with what is in and out of scope written down.
How long does it take?
A focused CRM or portal is usually a few weeks. Multi-module operations platforms run longer. Either way you get milestones, not a single delivery date.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source code and data, hosted where you choose.
We already have something half-built. Can you take it over?
Yes. We audit what is solid, fix what is not, and give you a phased plan that stops the bleeding before adding anything new.

What is your team doing by hand?

One conversation. Tell us how the work actually moves today and we will tell you what is worth building, what is worth buying, and what is not worth touching.
